Air Force Reserve Staff Sgt. Tiah Phillips,steps out of the driver seat of a Humvee Aug. 2, 2020, at Little Rock Air Force Base, Ark. Earlier in her career she cross-trained into vehicle operations, where she deployed to Kuwait and Iraq in 2011.
