Reserve group 4-ship flight restores readiness
Reserve members of the 327th Airlift Squadron fly in a low level formation route along Greers Ferry Lake, Ark. on Aug. 1, 2020. This was the first in-person training event for the 913th Airlift Group since COVID-19 swept across the U.S. Using health precaution measures, reserve members were able to restore readiness while mitigating health risks, ensuring no COVID-19 cases were transmitted among members over the weekend. The majority of our Reserve members have to meet the same requirements of Active Duty personnel. This means they have to balance a full-time civilian job or college studies while maintaining their military readiness. (U.S. Air Force Reserve photo by Maj. Ashley Walker)
