Maj. Seth Lake, 327th Airlift Squadron pilot, and Maj. Matthew Heisel, 327th Airlift Squadron pilot, participate in a training flight to enhance readiness on August 3, 2019, at Little Rock Air Force Base, Ark. The majority of our Reserve members have to meet the same requirements of Active Duty personnel. This means they have to balance a fulltime civilian job or college studies while maintaining their military readiness. The airspace, terrain, drop zones, landing zones, and local airports here in Arkansas are excellent venues for training and the relationship the base has with Arkansas affords the resources to execute the mission.
