The nation honors MLK

The 913th Airlift Group joins the nation in remembering the life and contributions of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. On this day, 50 years ago, Dr. King was assassinated on the balcony of the Lorraine Motel in Memphis, Tenn. The hotel is now the National Civil Rights Museum, which was established in 1991. (Courtesy photo by Jeff Walston)
