LRAFB stocks trout
More than 500 catchable-sized trout are stocked into a small lake at Little Rock Air Force base, Ark., Feb. 6, 2018. The trout, which are not native to Arkansas, came from the Jim Collins Net Pen Facility located on Lake Ouachita. The pens are used by the Arkansas Game & Fish Commission to grow various species of fish for stocking in Lake Ouachita as well as other Arkansas waters. Brown trout can reproduce successfully in Arkansas, but rainbow trout populations require annual stockings. (U.S. Air Force photo by Airman 1st Class Rhett Isbell/Released)
