Airman attains rare ACE award
U.S. Air Force Reserve Staff Sgt. Jason C. Britten, an aerospace ground equipment apprentice assigned to the 913th Maintenance Squadron, completes an internal systems check on a diesel generator April 5, 2017, at Little Rock Air Force Base, Ark. Britten was recently awarded the prestigious ACE Award March 20, 2017, while training at Sheppard AFB, Texas. Aerospace Ground Equipment specialists play an essential role ensuring planes are ready for flight, by inspecting, troubleshooting and making hands-on repairs and maintaining proper standards.
