Little Rock remembers Pearl Harbor
The crew of the USS Hoga (YT 146) fighting fires burning onboard the grounded battleship USS Nevada (BB-36) in Pearl Harbor, Dec. 7, 1941. The Nevada was the only U.S. battleship that got underway during the Pearl Harbor attack. The battered ship was salvaged and lived to fight again during the D-Day invasion of France and the battles of Iwo Jima and Okinawa.
