Last C-130 brings new opportunities

U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Christopher Edgington, 19th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron C-130J crew chief, marshals a new C-130J aircraft prior to a welcoming ceremony held at Little Rock Air Force Base, Ark., June 20, 2016. The aircraft was the final J-model delivered to the 19th Airlift Wing from Lockheed Martin. On Jan. 1, 2016, the 913th Airlift Group’s active association designation officially changed to a classic association. Airmen assigned to the 913th AG, Air Force Reserve Command, are currently providing support to the 41st Airlift Squadron and 61st Airlift Squadron and may soon be flying and providing maintenance support for this aircraft.
