Attendees at the Team Little Rock Diversity Day 2016 celebration enjoy free food and cultural performances at Little Rock Air Force Base, Ark., Jan. 15, 2016. The U.S. Air Force broadly defines diversity as a composite of individual characteristics, experiences, and abilities consistent with the Air Force Core Values and the Air Force Mission.
