How does the individual portray the core value? Carroll constantly goes above and beyond in dedicating himself to his trade. He has volunteered for two deployments in the last two years, filling critical 1-deep positions. He recently took a new position at Little Rock AFB with the Air Force Reserves as an Active Guard Reserve; filling a critical vacancy. He also was a guest speaker, on behalf of the Reserves, at conferences to brief his logistics planner peers on deployments and how to execute the job successfully.
