LITTLE ROCK AIR FORCE BASE, Ark. --   Reserve Officer Training Corps cadets from the University of Arkansas and the University of Missouri participated in a training exercise hosted by the 19th Civil Engineering Squadron Fire Department during their base tour at Little Rock Air Force Base, Ark., March 21, 2019.
